Sweet Raspberry Chaffle

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 5 min

Ingredients

1 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

1 cup of mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp almond flour

4 raspberries, chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

10 drops Stevia, liquid

Directions :

Preheat mini waffle maker until hot

Whisk egg in a bowl, add cheese, then mix well

Stir in the remaining ingredients (except toppings, if any).

Grease the preheated waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.

Scoop 1/2 of the batter onto the waffle maker, spread across evenly

Cook until a bit browned and crispy, about 4 minutes.

Cook 3-4 minutes, until done as desired (or crispy).

Gently remove from waffle maker and let it cool

Repeat with remaining batter.

Top with keto syrup

Serve and Enjoy!
